Fees, made simple
You only pay when your campaign succeeds. No listing fee, no monthly fee, no fee at all if the goal is not reached.
Platform fee: flat 4.85%
A flat 4.85% of the total funds collected, charged only if the project reaches its funding goal. Nothing is deducted before that.
Payment processing
Handled by HRN payment partners such as Stripe. For campaigns, this is typically 3% + €0.40 per pledge, with a discounted micropledge fee of 5% + €0.08 for pledges under €10.
If the campaign fails
No fees at all. Every pledge is refunded to the backers in full and the creator owes nothing.
Processing fees are set by the payment provider and may vary by country, currency and payment method. Billing is issued in AED by HRN Innovation Technologies.
