Right of Withdrawal

When you buy Heat, an edit pass or any other paid service on behot.now as a consumer (an individual acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession), you generally have a right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period runs from the day the contract is concluded.

Heat purchases are digital placement services that begin as soon as your boost is placed on the board. Where a service is fully performed during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal is lost once performance is complete, provided you gave your express consent to begin performance and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal as a result.

In practice this means: once your Heat is actively boosting your listing on a live board, the service has started and the withdrawal right no longer applies to that placement.

Buying Heat is a purchase of digital credit. The credit is created and delivered to your internal wallet immediately at the moment of payment, with your express consent to immediate performance and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost on delivery. A top-up is therefore treated as a fully performed digital purchase from the instant it lands in your wallet.

Unused Heat in your wallet is not eligible for withdrawal, refund or cash-out. It remains available to spend on placements and services on behot.now.

• Any charge made in error or as a duplicate.
• A payment that was taken without a corresponding credit or service being delivered.
• Paid services purchased but not yet started, where performance has not begun.

• Wallet top-ups, the Heat credit is delivered instantly on payment.
• Unused Heat balances sitting in your wallet.
• Heat that has already been used to rank a listing on a live board.
• Edit passes already consumed by saving a change to a published listing.
• Listings suspended or removed for a breach of the Terms of Service.

To withdraw, contact us within the 14-day period with a clear statement of your decision. Use the withdrawal form below, reply to your order confirmation email, or write to us at HRN Innovation Technologies Ltd. You do not need to give a reason, but please include your order or invoice number so we can locate the transaction.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, we will refund the amount you paid using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We do not deduct a charge for the refund itself. Any Heat credit already issued for the amount will be reversed.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. We will resolve most issues directly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and can lead to account suspension under the Terms of Service.
